Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

Q: Are your inflatables clean?
A: Yes! Our units are cleaned and sanitized between each rental.

Q: Are you licensed and insured in the State of Ohio?
A: Yes! For safety’s sake, you should always make certain any company you are planning to rent from is licensed in the State of Ohio and can provide you with adequate proof. Our units have been inspected by the State of Ohio and meet all of the requirements to operate such equipment.

Q: Are these inflatables safe?
A: Absolutely!! We have had each bouncer inspected and licensed by the State of Ohio’s rides and safety division. The installation technician has been properly trained to install and secure your inflatable in the safest possible manner. The technician will also review all of the safety procedures and instructions with you. Remember, these inflatables require 100% adult supervision at all times! Akron Ultimate Inflatables is very concerned with the safety of everyone in and around the inflatables.

Q: What is considered a full day rental?
A: A full day rental guarantees that you have the unit for at least 5 hours or as many as 10. We generally start setting up around 8:00 a.m. and start picking up at 6:00 p.m. We accomodate our schedule to the hours of your function.

Q: Where can I have an inflatable set up?
A: The best location would be on a flat, level area of lawn. We can also set up on concrete and asphalt, but prefer grass. The bouncer will not harm your grass. We encourage you to survey the area of choice, and remove all debris, rocks, sticks and animal droppings. Please keep in mind that a 110v electrical outlet must be within 100 ft. of the set-up area. If that is not possible, you will need to provide or rent a generator. We do rent generators at a very reasonable rate.

Q: Can I have an inflatable indoors?
A: Yes, as long as the minimum size requirements are met. Churches, schools, daycares and gyms often have plenty of space.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking date. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. This is a non-refundable deposit except for weather cancellations. If the rental is cancelled 3 days prior of the rental date due to non weather related issues, your deposit can be used towards another rental date. We just ask that you please give as much notice as possible. Please note that if your deposit is not received within 10 days of verbal confirmation, we reserve the right to rent that piece of equipment to someone else.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept cash, money orders, credit cards and personal checks. Please note that if you are paying by check, the full amount must be paid 5 days prior to rental. There is also a $35 NSF returned check fee.

Q: When should I reserve the inflatable that I want?
A: As soon as possible! Please understand that we work on a first come, first served basis. Please feel free to call Akron Ultimate Inflatables @ 330-907-1549 to check for availability. If we are booked for the date that you need, we can also place you on a reserve list in case of cancellations.

Q: What is your weather policy?
A: Please keep in mind that we believe in safety first. We constantly monitor the weather reports to insure that we operate only in the safest conditions. The inflatables cannot be used in the rain. If the weather is very questionable you will have the option to cancel prior to set up. Once the inflatable has been delivered and set up, there will be no refunds for any reason. Akron Ultimate Inflatables LLC reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement in case of severe or inclement weather. Please remember that we are more concerned with safety than anything else.

Q: Do you charge for delivery or set up?
A: No. The rental price includes delivery within 15 miles of the Akron area and professional set up of the inflatable. If you are outside of the 15 mile delivery area, please call us for a specific delivery charge. We will be more than happy to accommodate your needs!

Q: Does your price include an attendant?
A: No, we do not provide an attendant. If you would prefer to have an attendant at your event, we can arrange for a properly trained attendant to work your event. This is a $25 per hour charge for each attendant. One attendant per inflatable.

Q: Can I pick the inflatable up and set it up myself?
A: No. This is not a DIY project. Our technicians have been properly trained and certified to ensure that each bouncer is set up in the safest possible manner. Safety first!

Q: How long will it take to set up and take down?
A: We ask that you allow for at least 30 minutes for set up. We also ask that you leave 20-30 min. to review all safety procedures and rental agreement. We also figure on 30 minutes to take the unit down and exit your property. These times may vary, and should only be used as a general guideline.

Q: Can I rent an inflatable for more than one day?

Q: Do you set up the inflatable the night before?
A: No, we always set up the morning of your party or function.

Q: Do you pick the Inflatable up the next day?
A: No, we always pick the inflatable up the same day. This policy helps keep our units in pristine condition. This also protects the customer from liability for any damage or theft of the unit during the night.
